The archive offers versatile search and filter functions – for example, by amount, value date, portfolio, bank, or document type. An intelligent full-text search enables quick retrieval of individual records, while tags and groups allow flexible aggregation of portfolios or clients. This ensures you always maintain a structured and transparent overview of all archived bank documents.
reporting

Reporting provides centralized transparency across all bank deliveries and workflows. At a glance, you can see the status of all ongoing processes and monitor document submissions from connected banks. This way, you always stay in control of the current data status and can identify missing or delayed deliveries at an early stage.

delivery


In the delivery section, bank documents can be conveniently uploaded and automatically processed. An overview displays all incoming files with their current status – whether they are still undergoing OCR recognition or already archived. This ensures you always have a clear view of the progress of document processing.
reconciliation

The positions from the bank statements are automatically captured and reconciled with the data from the portfolio management system. Matching entries are displayed in green, while discrepancies or missing values are highlighted in red. With a single click on the respective entry, differences can be examined in detail – enabling a monthly reconciliation that combines efficiency, precision, and transparency.

transaction reconciliation


Transactions are automatically extracted from bank statements and matched with the corresponding bank records. In addition, transaction data from the portfolio management system is integrated into the reconciliation process. Missing or inconsistent entries are clearly and transparently highlighted. Using the transaction number, you can instantly see which movements are recorded in the system, and the associated bank documents can be opened directly to review the details of individual bookings.
booking

Portfolios that require manual booking can be automatically loaded into the inbox. Relevant booking information can be entered directly within the bank document, for example through digital booking stamps. Once the booking is completed, the documents are automatically moved to the Completed status, ensuring that the processing stage is always clearly visible. Workflows can be assigned individually or automatically, allowing staff to handle their tasks in a targeted, efficient, and fully traceable manner.
